We are a family run building company with over 25 years experience, undertaking a variety of residential renovation and construction work. Our work ranges from double & single storey extensions to loft conversions, on modern homes or period properties. Windsor Property Extensions will work with you throughout the project to manage, advise, and complete the building work.

We moved in to an already extended property, unfortunately this was to small for our needs. They took on the job to demolish the existing 3 meter extension then increasing it to 6 meters by 9 meters wide, this created a new kitchen area along with two large bedrooms and a shower room. During the works we made additional changes adding a utility room and a new porch to the side of the property, this porch changed the overall look to the front of the house and it looks like it's always been there! Through their years of experience on builds they advised us and made suggestions to make changes for the better.
The process of building is a stressful thing at times, but the experience was made easier because both were on site all of the time working and managing other trades.

"Dave and his son William built us a fabulous extension whilst simultaneously building an outstanding cabin in our garden. Their cabins or garden rooms are never ‘kit’ builds. You tell them how big you want it and it’s then built to your requirements.
The whole process from start to finish was brilliant. From the very beginning planning stages, through to the final finish was handled in a wonderful collaborative way. We came across several problems along the way that were flaws left by previous builders, but Dave and William quickly knew how to come up with a solution to correct the bad work left by previous workers.
They turned up every morning on time and all of Dave’s team are friendly and polite and are at the top of their game.
Nothing was too much trouble and they certainly don’t take too long on the job and never waste time by taking long breaks.

"Dave and William first built a custom sized garden room measuring 8m x 5m. It is built on a solid concrete base and is completely insulated. Four years on, it looks better than ever. We then asked them to build a 4m extension at the rear of the house. As said in the previous review, they dealt with every aspect of both builds, fitting a new kitchen, a new bathroom, dividing the old bathroom in two to produce a utility room and closet.
