We specialise in custom built luxury wooden Garden Rooms. Perfect for games rooms, office and studio spaces, personal gyms, storage and garden lounges. Each Garden Room is bespoke and tailored to the client's needs and space available, following local council planning rules. Built on site by two professional carpenters, these cabins are clad in wood, fully insulated and fitted with double glazed windows and doors.
The Process
Each Garden Room is built on a concrete base, which is fully damp proof, the timber frame is then built on this foundation. The exterior walls are wrapped in a waterproof membrane and clad in wood, internally the cavities are fully insulated and the walls plastered to a finish. All windows and doors are double glazed, available in a variety of colours and custom sizes. The roof is insulated and covered with three layers of mineral felt, available in a choice of colours.
Internally, these rooms are fully bespoke. Client's choose how many internal rooms they would like, how many windows and doors and where they are placed. Electricity is connected to the cabin through armoured cable from the main house, this is discreetly run through the garden. Each room has lighting and plug sockets placed to suit each client.
All Garden Rooms are plastered to a finish ready for decorating. Skirting board and architrave are standard finish, coving and flooring is optional. Externally, Garden Rooms receive one coat of specialised barn paint in the client's colour of choice. Optional external lights are also available.
Wooden decking can be constructed around the building to complete the look.
